How to become a registered volunteer or co-leader...


Our club has a lot of room for adult volunteers; Leaders (attend mandatory leader training in Fall and represents club at all monthly CCC Meetings.

Step 2

Enrollment instructions that are clear and simple directing members to Online Enrollment, the paper enrollment link for those who cannot enroll online, the medical waiver download to print, enrollment age (5-18 tuning, 4 may enroll if 5th birthday is by ......), our club year officially runs Sept-June with additional instructional and learning opportunities during the summer.

1) enroll online (link) 

2) finger print scan/background check (link to form or provide instructions) 

3) online training courses (link)

4) present id and check to county office at 133 Aviation Blvd Ste 109 Santa Rosa 

5) Leaders Only; Attend Leader Training Day in August

Additional Volunteer Notes / Links:

CA ID's are needed for members - 10 and older - who are elected as officers and need to be listed on the bank account with signatures required to conduct 4-H business. http://www.dmv.org/ca-california/id-cards.php
